References
Photo ID, Bank reference, Current employers reference, Previous Landlords reference, Guarantor if applicable
Monies
One months rental in advance, One and a half months dilapidations deposit, Administration fee
Agreement
Assured shorthold tenancy agreement which shall be for a fixed term our experienced staff will ensure to explain the documentation and the implications of the legal aspect
Inventory
A detailed inventory including schedule of condition appertaining to the property will be provided this is essential to be agreed on from the beginning of the tenancy to avoid any confusion or disagreements at the end of the tenancy
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all tenants take out contents insurance, you can request details from a member of staff
Utilities
Herts and Essex Residential will take meter readings and supply the utilities with your details, so you will not have the added worry of this !
